Added to this we have full working knowledge of the products we supply, and we can offer you guidance on the type of products suitable for your particular requirements.

Working closely over a period of time with manufacturers ensures we have up to date product knowledge. In fact we’ve been working with most manufacturers since we started GBT Limited in 2007.

GBT Limited install and commission catering equipment throughout the UK, by certified engineers to manufacturer’s specifications. Gas Safe registered engineers will install any gas equipment we supply, to ensure full compliance with all current regulations. Our installation service is available for individual pieces of equipment right through to complete turn-key projects, which can include the following:

Our family team include highly experienced catering professionals who understand commercial kitchens from every angle.

Designs – In consultation with you, we’ll ensure that our designs make efficient use of available space, and will provide a fully functioning kitchen that complies with Health and Safety legislation and food safety standards. CAD drawings, site surveys and detailed quotations are available at competitive rates.

Project Management services are available, ensuring that we’re involved throughout the duration of any scheme, working with architects and developers, allowing us to manage timescales, budgets and quality of workmanship.

Equipment Specification – we work with many manufacturers, who we’ve carefully chosen, ensuring that their products offer reliability and longevity for all catering establishments. If clients wish us to specify other brands we are happy to do so.

Staff Training – available as part of any scheme, as we have full working knowledge of the products we supply. For the few products which we have no working knowledge of, we’ll facilitate product training for you directly with the manufacturer.



We work in conjunction with a professional team of skilled, highly qualified engineers, who have many years experience of catering equipment from numerous manufacturers. All gas and electrical equipment can be serviced and engineers have the necessary accreditations including Gas Safe.


At GBT Limited we realise the importance of maintaining catering equipment, and will always strive to repair items if it’s viable*. Most of the quality manufacturers we work with have spare parts in stock, and we’ll react quickly to get your equipment repaired and ready for business as usual. Engineers will have a range of spare parts available, and we have the capacity to source other spare parts to repair your equipment as soon as possible.

Please note, with some older pieces of equipment it’s not always possible to source spare parts.
